用法：

Suspend 25.0g of the medium  in 960 mL of water, heating in a water bath at 48-50 ℃ for about 30 minutes to effect solution. Add 40 mL of polysorbate 20. Mix, dispense as desired, and sterilize.Autoclave 15 min at 121°C.

稱(chēng)取本品25.0g，溶解于 960ml 蒸餾水中，48-50℃水浴加熱30分鐘，加入 40ml 吐溫-20，混勻，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，備用。
